Do I need any technical knowledge to get set up? ▾
Not at all. We handle everything — domain registration, email setup, website build and VoIP configuration. You just tell us what you need and we do the rest. Most customers are up and running within 48 hours.
Can I keep my existing email history? ▾
Yes. We can migrate your existing emails from Gmail, Hotmail or Outlook into your new Hosted Exchange mailbox so you don't lose anything important. Just let us know when you sign up.
What if I already have a domain name? ▾
No problem — we can use your existing domain. Just let us know during sign-up and we'll point everything across without any disruption to your current setup.
Is there a contract or minimum term? ▾
Monthly plans have no minimum term — cancel any time. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months in exchange for the 15% discount. We don't believe in trapping customers.
Can I upgrade my plan later? ▾
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and we'll just pro-rate the difference. Downgrading is also possible at your next renewal date.
